PartnerGavin is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 30 years’ experience in advising on all types of property matters, ranging from residential conveyancing, preparation of leases and renewals, investment purchases for a large number of private investors and refinancing of property. He also has extensive experience in relation to commercial property transactions including business acquisitions, new business leases, acquisition of building land and disposals, buying and selling licensed premises and advising management companies and residents’ associations.
Away from work, Gavin juggles family life with many interests including his 47 year support for this beloved football team “The Saints”, Chairmanship of the junior section of the Old Midwhitgiftians RFC, Governor of a local grammar school, involvement with the Carshalton Fireworks and Carnival and despite the handicap of not being able to play, golf.
