Paul has over 30 years’ experience specialising in all areas of civil litigation including personal injury claims, contentious probate matters, landlord and tenant matters, employment matters, commercial debt recovery and commercial disputes. Paul is regularly instructed by employers and employees in relation to all areas of employment law, including section 203 compromise agreements. He also regularly advises in landlord and tenant matters, and has extensive experience in dealing with County Court possessions proceedings.
In addition Paul also has over 30 years’ experience of dealing with family matters including divorce and clinical negligence claims, acting for both claimants and defendants. Paul is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and also a strong advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation. In this spare time, Paul enjoys playing golf and hiking.
